In a surprise break from tradition, Mull allowed me to pull a "celebrity shot" and write his bio for him. This was a risky move because I could just have easily written the entire bio about how awesome Weener is rather than extolling Mull's selfless act, which embodies the sort of senior leadership he displays both on and off the field. One of Mull's oft-ignored nicknames is Rex because he throws fakes without moving his elbows, and he can't see you if you don't move . . . until he breaks you and eats you. A solid third handler or a mid, Mull could be found anywhere on the field. And you best watch out, because if you make the slightest mistake Mull will make you pay, either by breaking you, busting long, or by eating you.
