General History of The Red Wheelbarrow:

Bucknell's oldest literary publication, The Red Wheelbarrow, was first published in the Fall of 1986.  At that time, there was considerable doubt that students at Bucknell would be interested in the project.  However, the fears were premature as poetry, artwork, and short-stories were rapidly submitted to the designated mailbox.

Today the tradition of the Red Wheelbarrow continues as we strive to bring the students of Bucknell high-
quality writing and artwork created by their peers.
