How to Make a Contribution:
Thank you for choosing to commit to our cause! Any contribution to the Microfinance Initiative at Bucknell will be deposited directly into our
revolving account with KIVA. These funds will then be disbursed and re-disbursed to borrowers for years to come, allowing for more and more low
income entrepreneurs to work their way out of poverty. Furthermore, this revolving fund will enable generations of Bucknell students to continue
raising awareness and gaining first hand experience with the power of microcredit! For your convenience, we have included a link to the pledge
card with this description. Please complete the following steps in making your donation:
- Fill in your name and contact information on the pledge card
- Fill in the amount that you wish to contribute to the Microfinance Initiative at Bucknell on the pledge card
- Check appropriate box on pledge card stating whether or not you are interested in receiving newsletter updates
on the status and progress of our current KIVA borrowers each semester
- Include cash or check made payable to the 'Microfinance Initiative at Bucknell', and insert with pledge card in envelope.
