The Delta Zeta of Lambda Chi Alpha at Bucknell University was installed on June 3, 1913. One of the oldest chapters established nationally, Delta Zeta has since its foundation been an active member of the Bucknell community. Delta Zeta has always been been a place where young men can join together as brothers and support and learn from one another while always maintaining their individuality. And it will continue to be so in the future.

We, the brothers of Delta Zeta of Lambda Chi Alpha, welcome you.

We the brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha of Delta Zeta will strive to provide an environment where a member may express his individuality while still committing himself to the Chapter's common goals, which focus on a balance of academic endeavors, social opportunities, spiritual growth, and leadership development.

We believe in Lambda Chi Alpha, and its traditions, principles and ideals. The crescent is our symbol; pure, high ever growing, and the cross is our guide; denoting service, sacrifice, and even suffering and humiliation before the world, bravely endured if need be, in following that ideal.

May we have faith in Lambda Chi Alpha and passion for its welfare. May we have hope for the future of Lambda Chi Alpha and strength to fight for its teachings. May we have pure hearts, that we may approach the ideal of perfect brotherly love.

One of our brothers, Dan Shiwarski, is graduating a semester early and is planning on attending medical school this coming fall. We wish you the best!
