      1. Contest to get students more involved, prizes possible
        1. Donation from IFC in the name of a Chapter to the Charity of their choice?

      1. Deadline is due next week for the new pledges to convert their current meal plan with the University to the individual Chapter meal plans
      2. Your new pledges will be getting $1115 to credit to your Chapter Plans regardless of whether they ordered the Gold, Silver, or Platinum Meal Plan

    1. Alumni Liaison- Greg Wagner
      1. Email Homecoming Events by 10:00 pm tonight – they were originally due last week – this is only events that you want your Alumni to see as they are published by the University – no SERF forms etc.
      2. Homecoming Luncheon
        1. Need volunteers tomorrow (9/16/08 7-9pm) to help call alumni because of a poor response from email blast
        2. Will be another calling night, look for an email and announcement in next IFC meeting
      3. Motion to give $500 to the Alumni Lunch on Homecoming

    1. Sept 23 – MANDATORY EVENT: P4P Hazing Prevention Program, Weis Center, 7:00 pm – this is the only program that will be accepted for P4P
    2. Sept 24 – Fraternity Meal Conversion Forms are Due – LC218, 12 pm
    3. Sept 26-27 – Family Weekend
    4. Oct 6  – Fraternity Meal Conversion takes effect
