IFC meeting called to order by David Quinn at 8pm. All chapters present. (Delta Upsilon)

1. Alumni Liaison - Bill Massaro: Has been in contact with the CDC and the Alumni House over the summer about the Greek Alumni Luncheon on Homecoming Weekend. All chapter presidents need to inform Bill of their chapters' alumni liaisons so an alumni calling period can be planned.

2. GAMMA - Adam Hinshaw: Alcohol Week is October 21-27. A hazing speaker is tentatively planned for October 2.

3. GAME - Arjun Raman: Another diversity Pot Luck BBQ is being planned to be held before October.

4. Community Service/Philanthropy - Chris Palmer: If any chapters are interested are interested in volunteering for the Blue Butterfly Fund on Saturday, Sept. 22 please contact Pam Glass in Admissions. On Tuesday, Sept. 25 TKE and DG will be hosting a Wing Eating Contest at the TKE house. Kappa Alpha Theta will be hosting a "Preppy Sports" event on Saturday, Sept. 29 in The Grove at noon. The registration deadline is on Sept. 15 and forms are available to be filled out in the LC from September 10-15. The Greek Iron Chef Contest will be held on Sunday, Nov. 11 at Lambda. All contributions will go towards the Million Penny Project.

5. Special Events - Jay Sliger: None.

6. Secretary - Tommy Murray: None.

7. Recruitment - Bill Groen: Seeking feedback from the recruitment process. An open forum will be held next week to further evaluate the rush process.

8. Treasurer - Mike Simione: None.

9. VP-External - Steve Horsefield: Alpha-To-Omega should be out by the end of this week.

10. VP-Internal - Nick Panaro: All chapters should encourage their members to consider running for an IFC position for next year. Elections will be held in early Novemeber.

11. President - David Quinn: An open forum will be held on Thursday with all chapter presidents to further discuss the policies of registered parties.

12. Greek Advisor - Dean Marrara: All IFC members and chapter presidents are encouraged to visit with Dean Marrara. Fraternity roster updates will be distributed in 3 weeks. All hazing agreement forms are due this Friday. SERF forms are due this Wednesday by noon for registered parties this weekend. Congrats to all of those who are coaching in the Milton Youth soccer league.

13. Guest - Bucknell Eateries: discussed the meal plan refunding for all sophomore Greek members.
