3. GAME - Arjun Raman: Diversity Pot Luck meal at Sig Ep on Thursday from 5-7:30PM.

4. Community Service/Philanthropy - Chris Palmer: None.

5. Special Events - Jay Sliger: None.

6. Secretary - Tommy Murray: Last week's minutes are up

7. Recruitment - Bill Groen: A meeting is set up for all Recruitment Chairs on Thursday, April 26 at 6PM in Vaughan 101.

8. Treasurer - Mike Simione: Have yet to be billed yet by Facilities for House Party. Final total can't be added up until this information is provided.

9. VP-External - Steve Horsefield: Alpha-To-Omega articles are in.

12. Greek Advisor - Dean Marrara: This weekend is Board of Trustees Weekend. A reminder that fraternity basements can be used for storage during the summer so long as permission is received. Stored items can not block doors or any necessary fire safety equipment. Chapters are encouraged to tape off appropriate areas where items may be properly stored. Friday, May 11 at noon all members must be out of their residences. P4P materials are due Wednesday, May 2. A reminder that no pools are allowed on campus.
