IFC meeting called to order by Joe Valickus at 8pm. All Chapters are present. Reports 1. Alumni Liaison - Greg Wagner: Faculty / Staff Reception- Tomorrow from 11-1. Dress Appropriately. It is an attempt to improve our relations with the faculty and show them what we are really about. Alumni Lunch- still working on it so look for more updates. 2. GAMMA - Penton Mott: Alcohol Screening Survey- The surveys will be e-mailed to you before the end of school. 3. GAME - Chen Mao: No new report 4. Community Service/Philanthropy - Scott Shapiro: Clothing and Junk Drive- is starting now and will be going on until the end of school in order to donate to our MPP recipient. Paperwork due soon- the deadline is approaching for PfP paperwork. New ways to count philanthropy- we will be looking into this for next semester to improve philanthropy events. 5. Special Events - Jack Swain: House Party Event Evaluation Forms- try and get them to Jack or Joe as soon as you can. 6. Secretary - Chris Petersen: Thank you to everyone for a great semester and good luck in the fall with your future endeavors. 7. Recruitment- Karan Shah: Fraternity Recruitment Forum – 4/24, 6:30 pm, LC Forum. Diversity Pre-Recruitment Event – 4/23, 7:00 pm, Vedder Cultural Center. Representative Meeting Today 8. Treasurer - Jeff Pike (absent): Spring 2008 Financial Summary- he will be creating a summary of the expenses over the semester. 9. VP-External - Abe Brodach: Abe Brodach has resigned from IFC due to personal reasons so look for elections for a new VP External in the fall. 10. VP-Internal - Tom Leaman: House Party Monitor Compensation- they are still in the Dean of Students office so come pick them up. RHA- being disbanded next year so we will be exploring new options. No events this weekend (Chrysalis) 11. President - Joe Valickus: IFC / Panhel / Presidents’ Dinner – April 27, 5:00 pm- RSVP as soon as you can. Event Evaluation Forms- make sure you get them in as soon as you can. Public Safety Update / Feedback- Phi Psi incident handled well. 12. Panhellenic- Mary O’Sullivan: No new report. 13. Public Safety- Officer Snyder: No new report. 14. Greek Advisor - Dean Marrara: Make sure to get rid of all the food and clean up while you are shutting down for the summer. Make sure to follow the guidelines for summer storage and get in all your forms as soon as you can. Dave- last minute community service hours for Chrysalis if you need them.
