IFC meeting called to order by David Quinn at 8pm. All chapters present except for Fiji and Theta Chi. (Phi Psi) 1. Special Guest - Katie Ladany (CSIU): Performing a service project with the CSIU that works with migrant workers. Asking for donations in the form of kits with: shampoo, soap, razors, toothbrushes, combs, and towels. The Health Kit Drive will be held from April 16-20 and can be delivered in plastic bags to LC207. P4P hours and philanthropy money will be given. 2. Special Guest - Lauren Krznaric (Habitat For Humanity): The Rubber Duck Derby Greek Competition is being held with proceeds going to the building of the next Habitat For Humanity house. All money counts as philanthropy dollars. All forms are due Monday, April 23, 2007. 3. Alumni Liaison - Bill Massaro: None 4. GAMMA - Adam Hinshaw: In the process of bringing alcohol speaker Aaron White from Duke University to campus in the Fall. Alcohol Screening tests will be sent out. 5. GAME - Arjun Raman: A Pot-Luck BBQ will be held April 25 from 4:30-7:30 in the Smith Quad. All chapters are expected to bring a meal to share. 6. Community Service/Philanthropy - Chris Palmer: Reminder to continue with Downtown Cleanups. 7. Special Events - Jay Sliger: Pick up your paychecks from House Party in the Greek Office. 8. Secretary - Tommy Murray: Continuing to update the webpage. Accepted Students Day this Saturday. Seeking Presidents who are willing to volunteer to participate in the Greek Life presentation from 3-5:00PM. 9. Recruitment - Bill Groen: In the process of preparing the summer recruitment letters. 10. Treasurer - Mike Simione: BSG has alloted us money for diversity and alcohol speakers. In the process of receiving all of the invoices from House Party, which must be completed before we can give out any more donations to organizations. 11. 13. President - David Quinn: Reminder that this Saturday is Accepted Students Day for the Admissions Office. 14. Greek Advisor - Dean Marrara: Central Billing Cards were due yesterday. The cards of all students who are currently studying abroad must be submitted with an attached e-mail recognizing the stated information.
