IFC meeting called to order by Joe Valickus at 8pm. All Chapters are present except Kappa Alpha Psi's representative.

1. Special Guest- Danny Mun- Operation Freefall: Event to raise awareness of sexual assault by skydiving. Each jumper is required to raise 600 dollars so they are requesting a dollar per person from the chapters. Ask your brothers to bring a dollar to chapter so that we can raise awareness. C0594 is Danny’s box number if you want to give any donations. The money does go towards philanthropy as well.

2. Alumni Liaison - Greg Wagner:  Alumni Chair Meeting- Thursday April 3rd at 9 PM in COLE 118. A reminder e-mail will be sent out.

3. GAMMA - Penton Mott: Fall Speaker- Still working on trying to find a speaker for the upcoming semester. The date will still be September 23rd. Drinking Survey- Passing out Alcohol Survey to all fraternity and sorority members. They will be unanimous and hope to increase the health of our members in the future. An e-mail will be sent out about chapter times.

4. GAME - Chen Mao: Diversity Celebration and Display- Make sure you send in information and the name of one volunteer to help put something together for the Diversity Celebration on April 8th.

5. Community Service/Philanthropy - Scott Shapiro: Wing Fest Philanthropy Clarification- They will count for Philanthropy if you buy them in bulk. Downtown cleanup changes- just come twice a weekend and send Scott pictures. Thank you to DU for helping cleanup on House Party.
MGMT 101 Company- T & D Cats Donations- selling Nalgene water bottles and the company wants to offer PfP to fraternities if they donate through the company. Contact Josh Goodman if you want to donate.

6. Special Events - Jack Swain: HP Concerns/Questions- Stress the rule that you must pour beer into cups for next year. It has always been a rule. Possibly make it an initiative to have more chapters register during the evening so that there isn’t overcrowding. Risk Management/Cleanup Award- Will be discussed over the week to make a final decision.

7. Secretary - Chris Petersen: Activities Fair Reminder- April 12th- you all volunteered to help Doug with the Fraternity table so make sure to give him any help he will need. Website Updating- over the next couple weeks, I will be going through to make sure all the links work and to ensure that the website is as user-friendly as possible.

8. Recruitment- Karan Shah: Upcoming March Madness- April 7th so make sure you have an event so that you can recruit some freshmen. Recruitment Open Forum- this event will take place this semester and it will be a chance to send recruitment volunteers and meet some freshmen.

9. Treasurer - Jeff Pike: Upcoming Budget- we will know in a couple days how much money we actually got. House Party Expenses- GMT and volunteers will hopefully be paid by next meeting.

10. VP-External - Abe Brodach: Bucknell Olympic Games- will be taking place this week, and I encourage you to come support the teams. Wing Fest- starts at 5 PM tomorrow in Larison Dining Hall. Come support the event.

11. VP-Internal - Tom Leaman: House Party- E-mail Tom the names of the people who actually worked this weekend. The risk was managed fairly well.

Card Access Blueprints/Updates- if I do not have your blueprints, make sure you get them to me for the upcoming Public Safety meeting. Some houses will be getting worked on this week already. ACE Co-Sponsorships- ACE is changing its direction right now and is willing to co-sponsor events with them at Uptown. Contact Bill Frake if you are interested at wrf006@bucknell.edu. Day of Silence- April 16th—Encourage you and your chapters to do that as well. President’s Lunch: Friday, April 4th at 12 pm in LC 214 C&D

13. Panhellenic- Mary O’Sullivan: Thank you for all the work during House Party. Please get your chapters to go the BU Olympics. Kappa is having the Kappa Classic on April 13th so make a team for that event.

14. Public Safety- Officer Snyder: Thank everyone for a job well-done during House Party.

15. Greek Advisor - Dean Marrara: Those who are underage may not drink but encourage freshman to come for this recruitment event for the NCAA’s. Continue to turn in the Roster Updates since they are due on Friday as well as the Life Safety Reports. Get your PfP forms in as well as the central billing cards soon. Clean up around your houses and inside for spring-cleaning. House Party in general went well in general and we appreciate all your hard work. Make sure to thank everyone who contributed to this weekend’s success. There was a definite problem with recycling during House Party and the fine from facilities will be passed on to the chapters.

16. Special Events and Programming- Dave Goodwin: Let Dave know if you want to get more Wingfest tickets or if you didn’t already receive yours.
