11. Guest - DU and Pi Phi: Will be hosting a pie eating contest on Monday, December 13 at the DU house.

12. President - David Quinn: End of the year speech.

15. Greek Advisor - Dean Marrara: All P4P activities must be completed by the last day of classes which is Tuesday, December 4. All P4P material is due on Friday, December 7. Students who have completed their semester exams are required to leave campus within 24 hours of their last exam, and each fraternity's peer adviser should be the last chapter member to leave the house before winter break. Students who stay after the final day will be charged $100 per day. Monday, Januaray 14, is the Officer Transition Workshop at the Country Cupboard. At least five members of each chapter are required to attend including president, risk managers, and ew member educator. On Wednesday, January 16, there will be a P4P meeting that familiarizes new officers with this document, and provides an opportunity for these individuals to have any questions answered. There will be a mandatory meeting held sometime in the beginning of next semester for all chapter executive boards, and community service and hazing will be discussed. A reminder that all past and present chapter presidents will receive emails from Dean Marrara to facilitate new officers during the officer transition period. All new chapter presidents and IFC officers are encouraged to meet with Dean Marrara prior to leaving for winter break.
