IFC meeting called to order by David Quinn at 8pm. Chapters absent: Sig Chi, Theta Chi 1. Alumni Liaison - Bill Massaro: Please hand in rosters for which chapter members will be attending the Alumni Luncheon. 2. GAMMA - Adam Hinshaw: None 3. GAME - Arjun Raman: Making preliminary plans for diversity forums. 4. Community Service/Philanthropy - Chris Palmer: Please hand Greek Iron Chef tickets in. TKE volunteered their deep fryers to be used to make donuts. 5. Special Events - Jay Sliger: None. 6. Secretary - Tommy Murray: None. 7. Recruitment - Bill Groen: None. 8. Treasurer - Mike Simione: All chapter presidents are encouraged to hand their dues in. 9. VP-External - Steve Horsefield: Chapters are encouraged to keep their alumni updated on new chapter information. 10. VP-Internal - Nick Panaro: Chapters are encouraged to bring members to IFC meetings. 11. Guest - Dean Hopp: Discussed dangers at parties and how minimize current risks. 12. Guest - Lori: Informed IFC and chapter presidents about the local Boy Scouts popcorn drive. 13. President - David Quinn: On Thursday, October 25 there will be an open forum held in the LC Forum from 5-7pm. The open forum will be in regards to whether or not Bucknell Public Safety Officers should be armed with guns, etc. The student committee will prepare a student recommendation to the Board of Trustees. There will be a vigil held on Wednesday, October 24 at 6pm by the Hello Club in response to the recent antisemitic events that have occurred on campus in the last few weeks. 14. Greek Advisor - Dean Marrara: Chapters can register their houses for date parties or mixers on Halloween night. Roster updates are due November 2. Central billing cards are due November 7.
