- The website situation is far more complicated then originally anticipated
- Not just a redesign of the actual HTML (easy) but also a restructuring of the file management (hard)
- One option: Hire a web design contractor to untangle the “organization” of the files behind the current site
- This would be a joint IFC/Panhel financial undertaking
- Per hour rates of professional web designers on campus range from $50-$80 an hour
- Going to get a time estimate from a designer for what it would take to make the problems more manageable vs. completing a re-design
- Recruitment- Karan Shah
- Turn in recruitment evaluation by next week
- Get sophomores to fill out packet of information to help for next year. Their feedback is very valuable

- Dues are being collected at today’s meeting, $25 fine per day they are late, all dues were turned in on time. We got $2920 from BSG, look for a diversity speaker, send ideas to Pike

- Potential fines for illegible names? Make boxes bigger.
- Risk person in charge of wristbands should write the names, the 21 yr. old person should just sign their name
