        3. Shapiro will try and send compiled list in addition

        1. Force fraternities to register at least one night. 
        2. Look into finding alternative dining solutions

      1. The website situation is far more complicated then originally anticipated
      2. Not just a redesign of the actual HTML (easy) but also a restructuring of the file management (hard)
      3. One option: Hire a web design contractor to untangle the “organization” of the files behind the current site
        1. This would be a joint IFC/Panhel financial undertaking
        2. Per hour rates of professional web designers on campus range from $50-$80 an hour
        3. Going to get a time estimate from a designer for what it would take to make the problems more manageable vs. completing a re-design
    7. Recruitment- Karan Shah
      1. Turn in recruitment evaluation by next week
      2. Get sophomores to fill out packet of information to help for next year.  Their feedback is very valuable
      3. Meeting for recruitment policies, sometime after fall break
    8. Treasurer- Jeff Pike
      1. Dues are being collected at today’s meeting, $25 fine per day they are late, all dues were turned in on time.  We got $2920 from BSG, look for a diversity speaker, send ideas to Pike
      2. Working on revamping wristband log-issues
        1. Problems
          1. Sophomores not knowing how to do it
          2. Problems with wristbands being in numerical order
          3. Potential fines for illegible names?  Make boxes bigger. 
          4. Risk person in charge of wristbands should write the names, the 21 yr. old person should just sign their name

      2. President’s Dinner is this Friday October 3rd at 6:00pm-reschedule in the near future
