1. Special Guest - Officer Snyder: Looking forward to joining IFC and Panhellenic at the NGLA conference. Welcomes any chapter who is interested in having him visit their chapter and offer advice on risk management and other issues.

2. Alumni Liaison - Bill Massaro: Introduction. Encouraged all chapters to consider the value of having relationships with their alumni.

3. GAMMA - Adam Hinshaw: Introduction. Discussed the idea of having fraternity members complete quizzes during chapter to evaluate their alcohol usage.

4. GAME - Arjun Raman: Introduction.

5. Community Service/Philanthropy - Chris Palmer: Introduction. Downtown Cleanup starts in two weeks.

6. Special Events - Jay Sliger: Introduction. Scheduled a dinner for IFC and Panhellic members.

7. Secretary - Tommy Murray: Introduction. Continuing to update the webpage.

8. Recruitment - Bill Groen: Introduction. Super Bowl registration forms must be handed in by Thursday, February 1.

9. Treasurer - Mike Simione: Introduction. Gathered a consensus on what sort of modifications needed to be made to houses within the next 10 years. Ideas were: computers with printers, funding for wiring in basement, and dishwashers.

10. VP-External - Steve Horsefield: Introduction.

11. VP-Internal - Nick Panaro: Introduction. Provided the GMT worklist schedule.

12. President - David Quinn: Introduction. Encouraged all chapter presidents to have their members complete Greek Awards nominations. The Greek Awards will be held February 13.

13. Greek Advisor - Dean Marrara: unable to attend.

14. Panhellenic - Stacey Swift: Introduction.
