A Welcome From the President
Hi there! On behalf of the sisters of Delta Gamma, I
welcome you to explore our website! I hope you can envision what makes DG such
a beautiful experience for us all.
Being a Delta Gamma has been, and continues to be
the best decision I’ve made during my time at Bucknell. As a member of DG I am
overwhelmed by a sense of pride for the girls I call my sisters. The bonds I
have formed are truly indescribable! I cannot help but smile when I think of
all the memories I’ve shared with this incredible group of women!
Going Greek provides endless opportunities for
involvement on and off campus. We are passionate about our philanthropy,
Service for Sight, which brings awareness and raises money for the visually
impaired. DGs love to live up to our motto and “Do Good,” by participating in
community service, sisterhood events, formals, and tons of other fun
happenings!
I am thrilled to share with you such a meaningful
part of my life, and hope you will “JUMP ABO
D” with DG!
Love and ITB,

Delta Gamma Epsilon Beta President
Desserts with DG!

Our chapter recently hosted Desserts with DG! This was an event for Potential New Members to have a chance to get to know our sisters. We had so much fun with this event and our sisters can't wait to begin Recruitment 2012!
Doing Good over Spring Break!
This past spring break many of our sisters went on service trips with organizations at Bucknell. Anne Sequeira, Margaret Hoerner, and Paige Uehling joined the Bucknell Brigade in Nicaragua. Here they help raise money for the free health clinic in Nueva Vida. Students bring donated medicines, inventory supplies in the pharmacy, and assist with manual labor on projects identified by the Center for Development in Central America. To hear about some of their amazing experiences check out the Bucknell Brigade's blog here. Another one of our sisters, Katelyn Tsukada, joined A.C.E.S for their service trip in the Dominican Republic. Here they talked to school children, organized and delivered bags for a food drive, and volunteered with a medical outreach! Great job girls!
Congrats New Member Class of 2011!

On September 2, 2011, Delta Gamma's Epsilon Beta Chapter at Bucknell University welcomed 44 beautiful and talented young women to our sorority. We had a fantastic bid day cheering in Smith Quad, roller skating, and eating pizza on our brand new suite! We are now excited that these girls have officially joined the Delta Gamma sisterhood after being initiated on October 29 in the presence of chapter sisters and alumnae!
Congrats Class of 2011!

We wish you the best of luck and hope you continue to keep Delta Gamma in your hearts throughout the future!
