Learning how to be a Brother
Once pledged to PLT, each New Member joins the New Member Educator in classes once or twice a week. In each session, the New Members interact with Brothers to realize the ideals which provide structure to Chi Phi, the history of PLT, and other general Fraternity information. A Member Resource Book is given to each Member and is discussed at each meeting.
