CoE and Congress 2007 6/19 - 6/24

Chi Phi's Annual extravaganza of the College of Excellence and Congress was quite a trip. Those who attended CoE explored new possibilities and oppurtunities for the PLT chapter, and at Congress we celebrated what was a successful year. At Congress, our chapter had the special distinction to receive a total of five awards, no other chapter had the burden of five plaques to bring home. The chapter was awarded:

Bates Block Involvement Award
Gladfelter Leadership Award (Ben Portman)
Gehring Award for Chapter Excellence
We did a good job, but we have further to go and more mountains to climb. The week spent with Chi Phi in Las Vegas was a memorable one and well worth the trip. I encourage everyone who has interest in improving our chapter to partake in either CoE or Congress in 2008. Next year Congress is at the "Big Easy" and has the potential to surpass this year's.
