RLA at Lehigh
On Saturday, February 16th, thirteen of our brothers attended the Regional Leadership Alliance (RLA) hosted by the Psi Chapter at Lehigh University. There national staffers Kim Godwin and Ryan Gibson led interactive presentations on alumni relations, finance, New Member education, Ritual, event planning, risk management, and judicial processes. The discussions helped to foster an atmosphere of cooperation and helped the chapters present to work towards innovative solutions. The discussions on leadership, New Member education, and recruitment were especially valuable to the eight rising leaders within the sophomore class who attended.
