I.	Handling of Donations

	A.	Any money donated to C.A.L.V.I.N. & H.O.B.B.E.S. will be directed to the treasurer, who then will deposit the money into the dual account.

	B.	If the money is designated to some purpose the group will try its best to use the money as intended.

	C.	If this designation is beyond our capabilities, the executive committee, with a unanimous vote of all members, may override this designation.

	D.	Any money without designation may be used at the group’s discretion.

	E.	The public relations coordinator will send a thank you letter in response to the gift.
