I. Conditions
A. Anything not covered in the Mission Statement can be considered for an amendment unless it interferes with personal lives (see Constitution Section One).
II. Process
A. Petition
1. Process is started with a petition signed by ten (10) or more formal members.
2. Petition must include section in question and the proposed changes.
3. Petition may be signed by any formal member, including officers.
4. One copy of the petition must be submitted to each the President, Vice President of Activities, and the Vice President of Administration.
5. The petition process may be skipped if the changes are suggested by the bylaws committee that is headed by a chair appointed by the executive committee.
B. Executive committee stage
1. The change is discussed at the next executive committee meeting and then tabled.
2. The change is voted on at the following executive committee meeting as a recommendation only.
3. If the change does not pass the vote, revisions may be made and the committee stage repeated.  If the change passes the vote, it is taken to General Meeting for voting.

5. If the change does not pass the vote, revisions may be made.  If the change passes the vote, it goes into effect immediately.
