I. Removal
A. Anything can be considered grounds for removal.
B. Procedure
1. Process is started with a petition signed by ten (10) or more formal members.
2. Petition must include the officer in question and the reason for possible dismissal.
3. Petition may be signed by any formal member, including officers.
4. One copy of the petition must be submitted to each the President, the Vice President of Activities, and the Vice President of Administration.
5. The officer in question is notified at the first executive meeting following the submission of the petition.  S/he has until the following executive meeting to provide a rebuttal in writing to all other executive members.
6. The secretary should notify the membership of the situation and that there will be an upcoming vote.  Should the secretary be the officer in question the Vice-President of Administration shall notify the membership of the situation.
7. Executive board must read a formal declaration along with the rebuttal at the next general meeting following the submission of the rebuttal.  The person in question may not be the executive committee member to read this, nor may they vote on the issue.

9. Person removed from an office may not run for that office in future elections.
10. In either case of removal or resignation of an officer, one of the following may be done:
a. The empty position is subject to re-election following officer election procedure (see Constitution Section Four-II).
b. If close to the end of the semester:
1) Position may be left vacant until next set of elections (be it spring or fall elections).
2) Executive committee may appoint someone to fill the position on an ad hoc basis until next set of elections.
II. Resignation
A. All resignations are sent in writing to the President, Vice-President of Activities, and Vice-President of Administration.
B. Notice must be given two weeks before resignation is to take place.
C. Executive committee must be notified of the resignation and must notify the membership.
