Responsibilities of

A. |
All
elected officials and ad hoc chairs are expected to carry out
their assigned duties to the best of their ability. |

elected officials and ad hoc chairs are expected to attend each
executive and general meeting.
Illness or emergencies are the only legitimate excuses for
missing meetings and the president should be notified as soon as
possible that the meeting shall be missed. |
