I. Prerequisites for membership:
A. Any currently enrolled student of Bucknell University may be a member.
II. Membership definitions:
A. Informal members
1. Anyone that attends a C.A.L.V.I.N. & H.O.B.B.E.S. meeting or activity is an informal member.
B. Formal members
1. Need to have a belief in and be willing to adhere to the group’s mission statement.
2. By semester, anyone that attends fifty percent (50%) of the general meetings (rounded down if an odd number) shall be considered a formal member.
a. Attending one executive meeting may count as having attended one general meeting.  The executive meeting attended may count in place of either the general meeting immediately before or after the executive meeting in question, but not both.
b. If one cannot attend meetings (executive and general) due to ACADEMIC or WEEKLY commitments, then one may attend fifty percent of activities in place of the weekly general or executive meetings.  Vice President of Administration must be notified about this anytime during the current semester to receive points for formal membership; Note: can NOT receive points for previous semesters, only the current semester.
