C.A.L.V.I.N. & H.O.B.B.E.S.

I.	Dates and purpose for reunions

	A.	C.A.L.V.I.N. & H.O.B.B.E.S. will try to have a reunion every five years beginning in the summer of 2000; thus reunions will occur in any year ending with a “0” or “5” (i.e. 2005, 2010, 2015, etc.).

	B.	Reunions will be meant as a tie of friendship where we hang out and enjoy games, sports, and meals together while also being able to hear what other sibling organizations are doing.

II.	Reunion format

	A.	The public relations coordinator is in charge of planning the reunion and may form a committee to assist in the task.

	B.	Invitation list is set at discretion of the general assembly. The following should be considered:

		1.	All C.A.L.V.I.N. & H.O.B.B.E.S. members and alumni.

		2.	All sibling organizations and their alumni.

		3.	C.A.L.V.I.N. & H.O.B.B.E.S. advisor(s).

	C.	The actual activities / menu are set at the discretion of the general assembly.
