Executive committee
meeting format: |

A. |
Executive
meetings are open to the entire Bucknell community. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
B. |
Meeting is presided over by the President.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
C. |
All
elected officials (see Constitution
Section Four) and any ad hoc chairs must attend meetings. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
D. |
Only
elected officials (officers and elected Activity Support Staff) have
voting privileges at executive meetings. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
E. |
Ad
hoc chairs do NOT have voting privileges unless they also hold an
elected office. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
F. |
There
must be at least half of the elected officials present for a vote. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
G. |
Meetings
are held on a weekly basis. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
H. |
Meeting
minutes must be delivered within one class week (breaks are an
exception). |
