| The different abilities of karate are recognized by different gradings, starting from 9th Kyu (lowest) going up to 1st Kyu (highest) and on through the Dans. Each kyu comes with its own colored belt. Beginners who have not done grading have a white belt. Our dojo tests once during the fall semester and once during the spring semester. | |
