The fall semester liquid nitrogen ice cream social was a huge success. The ice cream was amazing and we are planning on doing it again soon.

Recipe:

Reagents:

• 1/2 pint light cream
• small tin of condensed milt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Liquid Nitrogen

Procedure:

Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Slowly pour liquid nitrogen into the bowl, taking frequent breaks to stir.
